Sequencing the order of contact, inventory and appointment bookings

To ensure data integrity and correct linking within Alto, it is important to follow a specific sequence when creating entities via the API.

1. Create or Identify the Contact: Before booking an appointment, you must have a contact record.
2. Create or Identify the Inventory (Property): The appointment must be linked to a specific property.
3. Create the Appointment: Once both the contact and property are identified, you can create the appointment, linking it to both.

This sequence ensures that the appointment is correctly associated with both the person and the property in the Alto UI.
